According to consumer research 76 per cent of online retailers have increased their sales over the last 12 months, despite a slowdown in consumer spending. The article goes on to discuss the continued faltering performance of High Street retailers against Internet retailers of whom almost half of respondents to the survey (46 per cent) have increased sales by over 20 per cent.
