Brief

To provide the client with a full agency service including television, radio, press, outdoor advertising and web.

Solution

The ongoing campaign objective is to maintain strong brand awareness amongst the house buying/selling public in Perthshire. Our campaign creative is targeted to deliver the message that PSPC, accounting for 80% of Perthshire house sales, is in prime position to succeed for consumers.

The website has seen a large increase in traffic over the past year and the new website, although retaining some original design elements the new site was built to provide enhanced functionality to users. The site is packed with features which makes it useful to buyers and sellers such as a facility to request a property viewing directly via the website, a new interactive property location map tool (with locations of surrounding schools, GP Practices and Hospitals), Browsealoud screen reader and a dynamic text-only version of the site (to name but a few!). The site also has a very strong back end that enables PSPC to upload new properties and updates directly to their site from their offline systems without the need to re-enter the data.
