Automatic integrated bounce and unsubscribe management
Unite processed bounced emails across your contact lists automatically. When sent emails bounce for reasons such as "address no longer exists", Unite automatically marks the contact as bounced so that no further emails are sent from the system to the bounced address.

Every Unite email that is sent contains an unsubscribe link. When this is clicked by a revipient of the email it automatically sends notification to the system and the contact is updated to the status "unsubscribe". You do not have to do anything - it is taken care of.

Track click-thrus and email opens
Improve and optimise your email campaigns by tracking open rates and click-thru rates over time (who has clicked links in your emails and to where they click), as well as detailed per-campaign reports and statistics that let you see areas of recipient interest.

Unite uses an authenticated SMTP email server to send all mail that;

• helps to reduce the chances of your email being classified as SPAM.
• protects a client's domain from being blacklisted, something that may happen if a client tries to send multiple mail shots from their own email servers.
• enables Unite to be used regardless of which company or third party hosts and supports your email (Blue Square do not have to host and support your email for you to be able to use Unite!)
