The University of Dundee changed its structure from seven Faculties to four Colleges and we were asked by the College of Arts and Social Sciences to create a sub brand for the College.

The University has a highly successful corporate identity and after discussion it was agreed to approach the design of the College identity by creating a visual link to it. We achieved this by using the seven dots in an emanating arrangement representing the seven schools which also evoked knowledge, outreach and broadcast. This solution was applied to a number of different areas of their marketing activities.
